Yes!! I lost 50kgs and here is my experience on how I did it. I am sharing my story here with the hope and faith that it can help somebody’s journey towards the fight against obesity and to stay fit. I feel accomplished every time my experience motivates an individual to take up this challenge. I was obese right from my childhood and becoming slim and fit looked like a far-fetched dream. I tried every possible way known to me to reduce weight, but every attempt was futile. I was not sure where I was going wrong until one day I realized that the basic need was PATIENCE.
