How to Use Garlic for Weight Loss

It’s one of the most versatile spices, a fat-flusher, a metabolic booster and a gentle detoxifier and energizer.
When it comes to weight loss, garlic appears to be a miracle food. It contains the compound Allicin which has anti-bacterial effects and helps reduce unhealthy fats and cholesterol.
Take few garlic cloves, crush it and allow it to set in air for 10mins before using it. Because, raw garlic needs to interact with the oxygen in air to form an active ingredient responsible for the garlic benefits.
Chew two or three cloves of garlic every morning, and drink a glass of warm lemon water after that. This will help to accelerate the weight loss process and improve blood circulation. Instead, you can also end your day by chewing few cloves of dry fried garlic before going to bed. Another alternate is, if you drink a glass of milk before going to bed, boil milk with few cloves and drink it. Chew some fresh parsley or mint leaves or a very small amount of citrus peel or fennel seeds to take away garlic aftertaste and smell in just a couple of minutes… You can even brush your teeth with mint-flavored toothpaste to get rid of that smell.
Warm water with Lemon(morning in empty stomach) + Tomato Juice 1hr after breakfast + a big bowl of fruits between Lunch and Dinner + Few Cloves of Garlic are the standard part of my diet, which I follow everyday.
PS: Lemon Water and Garlic are not supplements for weight loss. You cannot see results unless you watch on your other calorie intake during the rest of the day. Above mention food, together with proper diet and regular commitments to workout can only help you to lose weigh faster.
